With 36 years of experience in education, she has positively impacted the lives of countless students, parents, and colleagues, leaving a lasting impression on the communities she has served. Throughout her career, Gretchen has demonstrated resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, helping individuals navigate personal challenges with confidence.​ Gretchen holds a Master of Science in Counseling and is credentialed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
